Once the design is agreed upon and you're ready to move ahead, we'll accept your deposit and get you on the calendar. If your project does not require a design, we'll simply send you a proposal for approval, accept payment, and get your project on the schedule.

Before we begin, we'll review and complete any type of HOA documentation requirements and permitting needs. We strive to make the process as simple as possible for you.

Our team shows up on time, ready to work. You'll be in touch with your project manager, who will keep you updated on our progress and what to expect next. The first visit is typically within 3-10 days, and we'll make sure everything is still functioning properly. As required, we'll make a second follow-up visit to address any concerns you might have and confirm that everything is as beautiful as we left it.
