Q: Do You Sell Landscaping Supplies?

We don’t sell landscaping supplies directly, as we’re not a retail store front.

Q: What Is the Process for Obtaining HOA Approval and Permits?

You’ll need to submit our design plans to your HOA for approval. Once your HOA has approved the project, we can move forward with scheduling. Please note that we don’t submit plans directly to HOAs on behalf of clients.

What Is Considered a Service Call?

Immediate service calls are for items that require repairs on demand at time of visit. Typical items are for irrigation repairs, landscape lighting repairs or French drain cleaning (aka Hydro-Jetting). These calls are scheduled as soon as possible and are typically scheduled for the next day. Same day availability for immediate service calls depends on day to day availability. Pricing will be reviewed over the phone at time of booking or online.

A Process Guided by Clear Communication and Expectations

We want you to know what to expect at every step in our process.

Step 1: Get in Touch

Step 2: On-Site Visit

Step 3: Design Plan Presentation and Agreement

We'll send you the design and set up a time to discuss it and gather your feedback. Use our simple review form to suggest revisions, or give us a call with your questions. Once the design is agreed upon and you're ready to move ahead, we'll accept your deposit and get you on the calendar. If your project does not require a design, we'll simply send you a proposal for approval, accept payment, and get your project on the schedule.

Our team shows up on time, ready to work. You'll be in touch with your project manager, who will keep you updated on our progress and what to expect next. All team leaders are English-speaking or bi-lingual, so you'll enjoy peace of mind knowing you can always step outside and talk directly to the team about any immediate questions or concerns. We maintain a safe job site and leave your space clean when we go home for the day.
