Our industry-certified technicians are prepared to make emergency service calls Monday through Friday, typically on the same day you request them. With fully-stocked service vehicles, we don't charge extra for specialty tools and equipment—we already have it all for you. - Service calls start at $150, which includes up to one hour onsite to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue
- If repairs can be made within that hour, you pay only for parts on top of that service call price
- If repairs cannot be made within that hour, we'll provide an expected repair time frame for your approval before we proceed
- Every additional hour is $125, plus the cost of parts
- You only pay for the time we're on your property performing the sprinkler and landscape lighting repair—if for any reason a part isn't available, we do not charge you for the travel time it requires us to go and get it
- All billing is handled at the completion of the repair—no upfront payments required
